We use your information to operate and improve the platform, verify your identity and comply with legal obligations, process investments and distribute returns, communicate important updates about your holdings, and prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
3. KYC / AML Compliance
TokenAsset is required by law to verify the identity of all investors. Your identity documents and personal information are processed by our regulated KYC/AML partners. This information is retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by applicable financial regulations.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: service providers who help operate our platform (under strict confidentiality agreements), regulatory authorities when required by law, SPV administrators for the management of your investments, and payment processors for transaction handling.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.
7. Your Rights

Our platform is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
