TokenAsset is a real-world asset investment platform focused on democratizing access to real estate investments in Latin America through fractional ownership structures starting from $100.

The platform enables retail and institutional investors to participate in premium real estate projects through blockchain-secured tokenization, providing liquidity, transparency, and monthly income distributions that were previously inaccessible to the general public.

The Problem

Real estate has historically been one of the most reliable stores of wealth. However, access has been limited to a small segment of the population due to high capital requirements, illiquidity, and complex legal structures.

In Peru and across Latin America, the majority of the population is excluded from real estate investment despite strong demand and consistent market growth. Traditional barriers include:

The Solution

TokenAsset solves these barriers through fractional tokenization of real estate assets. Each property is acquired and structured under a regulated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). The property is then divided into digital tokens — each representing a proportional ownership share.

Investors can participate from as little as $100, receive monthly rental income distributions, and access a transparent, on-chain record of their holdings.

How It Works

Property Selection

TokenAsset identifies and conducts due diligence on premium real estate opportunities in Lima and across Peru. Each property is evaluated for location quality, rental yield, legal structure, and long-term appreciation potential.

SPV Structure

Each property is held through an independent Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). This legal structure separates risk, simplifies accounting, and provides investors with clear legal rights tied to a specific asset.

Tokenization

The property is fractioned into ERC-20 compatible tokens deployed on the Polygon blockchain. Each token represents a proportional ownership share of the underlying property. Token price is fixed at $100 per unit.

Investment

Investors purchase tokens directly through the TokenAsset platform using USDT or supported payment methods. Tokens are acredited to the investor's connected wallet within 24–48 business hours.

Monthly Distributions

Rental income generated by each property is collected, audited, and distributed monthly to token holders via smart contract. Distributions are proportional to the number of tokens held.

Liquidity

TokenAsset is developing a secondary market where investors can trade their tokens peer-to-peer, providing liquidity options not available in traditional real estate.
